I have been a member of deal teams in 50+ M&A transactions as an IP \/ IT expert. My experience consists of reviewing the risks at a target company, interviewing management and in house experts, drafting due diligence reports and providing recommendations to mitigate legal risks. I am also your designated partner when it comes to specific IP \/ IT warranties and indemnities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am used to act on both the seller side as the buyer side, in both private and public deals. It often occurs that companies want or need to restructure their IP in the course of a transaction. This could entail transferring intellectual property rights and sometimes providing a licence back. I can draft or review the required paper work. In time-pressured deals this requires practical solutions and sometimes post-closing efforts, for example to get all the registrations in order at local IP agencies. I can help you navigate through this complex landscape with a solution-oriented approach. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
