I have handled multiple cases in the field of copyrights (especially on software), trade mark law, design law, database rights and trade secrets. I am experienced in both settling cases and preparing them for court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am used to working in international teams and have demonstrated experience in writing and reviewing procedural documents, protective letters, cease and desist letters and co-existence agreements.
